A system may produce 20 drafts in the time a person once needed to create one. Someone still has to determine which draft is accurate, necessary, appropriate, legally usable, strategically aligned, or worth acting on.

Review Capacity Can Become the New Bottleneck
Evaluation requires context and judgment. If machine output expands faster than meaningful human review capacity, oversight begins to weaken.
A person may remain formally “in the loop” while having too little time to examine the outputs they are expected to approve.
At that point, human review risks becoming ceremonial.
